One of our favorite varieties!  Outstanding flavor with perfect serving size for two.  Short vines produce uniform fruits about 1 ½ - 2lbs each.  Stores for roughly 3 months at 50-55 degrees with good ventilation. 

Give each plant only 6 sq. ft. of space.  Harvest when fruits reach nutty brown color and stems have dried out, becoming woody like.  Leave fruits in sun for 5-7 days allowing skin to cure before storing.
